WSU Vancouver is an incredible place for students, faculty and staff to come together through activities and events on campus. I feel lucky that my job allows me, and my staff, to provide many of these amazing opportunities. My primary responsibilities include advising student organizations and managing the Office of Student Involvement. I advise ASWSUV, the Student Ambassador program; our media organizations KOUG, Salmon Creek Journal, VanCougar, and the Student Media Board. Advising these incredible organizations is a lot of fun. I enjoy working with student leadership and my philosophy with student leaders is that all individuals have the capability of being a leader.
Additionally I coordinate some of OSI's largest annual events such as Women of Distinction and Public Affairs Lecture; and I work with many services, programs and committees on campus. A few of them are: Graduate Student Travel Grant, S&A Fee accounts, ROAR Orientation, and Convocation.
I am also a proud Cougar alum- GO COUGS!
